Do I need to switch calendars?

No. Keep creating events in Google Calendar or Outlook. Connect your account, choose a calendar and add your client’s phone number to the event.

How are reminders sent?

Through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, using your own account and an approved message template. Account setup and Meta messaging fees are separate from the subscription.

What if a client asks to cancel?

The request appears in your dashboard for you to follow up. The reply does not automatically cancel the event in your calendar.

Can I subscribe now?

WhatsRemind is under validation. You can explore the interface and start setting up; payments are not enabled yet. A 14-day trial is planned for the commercial launch.
